The device for assembling pipes (Dismontub) has been developed in order to be the ideal implement for the assembling of ductile cast iron pipes of large and small diameters depending on the model.
With Dismontub, the pipes are assembled without strain on the turning system and jib.
With Dismontub, the digging work and subsequent refilling are not hindered.
With Dismontub, the size of the assembling machine gets smaller, so the assembling cost gets lower.
Dismontub replaces the conventional assembling because it doesn’t require jerking the turn of the machine in order to assemble pipes or either pushing on the rim of the pipe with the scoop, risking to damage the pipe.
Dismontub 13400 is designed to assemble pipes up to 1500 mm K-9 thanks to its attraction power, with no strain for the machine holding the device.
Dismontub complies with European regulations: 98/37/CE, UNE- En-292, UNE-EN-1050
Dismontub has been devised by Excavadoras de Totana S.L., having a great deal of experience at assembling pipes (Fibercement, Polyester, Concrete, Steel, Ductile Cast Iron), when they planned the assembly of 19 km of 1200 mm cast iron pipes and 18 km of 1000 mm pipes. They came up with an idea which was improved after some testing, so the final product is fully satisfactory as expected both in terms of production and in terms of security.
Works done from November 2007 with Dismontub:
2.4 km of 1000 mm pipe for Cia. De obras Castillejo (Blanca).
19 km of 1200 mm pipe for Sacyr S.A.U. (Orihuela).
18 km of 1000 mm pipe for Sacyr S.A.U. (Orihuela).
15 km of 900 mm pipe for U.T.E. Cond. Desalination Plant of Carboneras Fhase II (Cuevas de Almanzora) in progress.
