Dismontub, wanting to solve the pipe assembly issues, has echoed the reinforced concrete problems, making a change in the device-tube harnessing system so that the device and tube get fixed together and therefore the tubes don’t move as they are put together and thus achieving a perfect coupling between the joint and the female part of the tube and avoiding any bending.
With this new system we can assemble reinforced concrete tubes up to 1800 mm.

With Dismontub, tubes are assembled with no strain in the turning system or jib and not hindering neither the digging work nor the refilling because the assembly work is done in parallel with the digging. The size of the machine to be used in the pipe assembly has been reduced and therefore the assembly procedure is less expensive.
Dismontub replaces the assembly with “cableestracter” because of its better performance and also replaces the conventional systems because of its better security, the reason being it doesn’t require neither jerking the machine rotating system in order to assemble the tube nor pushing on the tube’s rim with the scoop, risking to damage it.
Dismontub 13400 is designed for the assembly of K-9 tubes of any diameter thanks to its traction power with no strain for the machine carrying the device.
Dismontub is able to assemble pipes of any diameter by just adjusting the length of the slings and also adjusting the force applied.
Dismontub complies with the European regulations: 98/37/CE, UNE- EN-292, UNE-EN-1.050.

MAINTENANCE Dismontub has been designed for a minimum maintenance, just requiring periodic lubrication of the rotating parts. It can be installed in a wide range of machines (excavators, mixed machines, cranes, lorries with auxiliary hydraulic system crane) | ![]() |
